Because of the relationships we have with lenders, our line of communication is only ever with a decision maker, so we are able to provide formal offers as quickly as anyone in the marketplace and often quicker. Timescales are governed by the size and complexity of the facilities required but after an initial meeting we can accurately assess your client's needs and the cost involved.
It is vital that on completion of any facility agreed that our client is happy and that is why many of our lenders provide "money back" schemes to ensure people are completely happy with what they committed to.
